Orbot transparent proxy setup
Normally Orbot is used with specific applications designed for it, such as Orweb and it does
not need further configuration to be used. However, in order to use standard applications
with Orbot, a Transparent Proxy should be configured, as follows:
Set a (new) Mobile APN
1.) Settings -> More Settings -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names
2.) Menu key -> New APN
3.) Give the new APN a name
4.) Proxy: 127.0.0.1 (or localhost) / Port: 8118
5.) Menu key -> Save
